Well l cannot share these comments due to a bad experience just because of receiving bad service and one of the worse Espressos ever. While complaining about a lukewarm cup of a bad tiny coffee which nobody in the first world would consider an Espresso the attending Employee became a bad attitude. Response was kind of helplessly and uneducated when the owner stepped in to defend her “successful business “ like she says but without no solution for a disappointed client. They should find out what a real Espresso is at first hand and then having a solution if there is an unhappy client. The solution can’t be childishly comments on Facebook and then eliminating a bad review from an unpleased client. Place is no coffee shop. It’s a joke! -- Chris, West Bay |
