We came upon this restaurant at the entrance to West End by accident and we are so glad we did. It is absolutely terrific. The fish is cooked to perfection, the shrimp dishes were all superb, the service was unusually good for Roatan, and the flan is the best we'd ever had. We have now been there five times over two years and always had a great meal. We take all our guests there when we visit. The owner and chief cook, Vincent, was trained in New Orleans and it comes out in some of the subtle Cajun flavors in his dishes. We give Coconut Tree Restaurant an A+.
