I called Dr. Soto just before leaving Roatan and inquired about importing my parrots from the United States when I move to Roatan permanently. He answered all my many questions and was most informative. He will be assisting my import when I arrive this year with my pet parrots. I also visited the clinic. It is very clean and the receptionist was cheery and helpful.
